Wow - What a day these two had.

We were so looking forward to this wedding.  A lovely couple and a great venue.  The weather forecast was poor and on the previous day we had horizontal rain so we were planning for the worst.  However - the forecast let us down but the weather didn’t and we had glorious sunshine to work with.  Result!!  Gemma looked gorgeous and we just knew that Karl would get the surprise of his life when she descended the grand staircase at Longhirst Hall at the start of the ceremony.  They had a lovely day and the weather held just long enough for us to make the most of the outside before the heavens opened.  Although we were then restricted to the inside, it did give us the perfect excuse to use some supplementary flash and make the most of the stuning architecture to frame the couple.  When we caught up with Gemma and Karl a few days later to deliver their signature mount to them, they were still full of excitement about the day.  Just a fantastic day and the first in the rest of their married lives.

You’re so welcome Karl. That was an epic viewing session last night and we knew you’d struggle to make your choices! Album design now in progress………….

Ailsa - We’ll have a fantastic time shooting your wedding. We’ll really get you in the mood at your pre-wedding shoot and from there it’s a breeze.
